Enrollment & Eligibility

How do I enroll in a program?

All students must complete the official online application at form.jotform.com/261730116279052 before submitting payment. Once your application is reviewed, you will be cleared to submit your program tuition payment using the Square payment link for your chosen program. Applications must be filled out completely — incomplete forms will not be accepted.

Do I need a high school diploma or GED to enroll?

Yes. Proof of completion is required. No exceptions.

Can I enroll if I am under 18?

Yes. You must be 17 years or older at the start of your program.

Tuition, Payments & Refund Policy

How much does tuition cost?

Each program has its own tuition listed on the website. Sale prices are also listed.

Are exams included in tuition?

No. National exam fees are not included in tuition. Students are responsible for registering and paying for their certification exams separately.

Do you offer virtual labs?

Yes. We offer virtual labs through many third-party organizations that substitute for coming in person to complete your skills training.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer installment options through Afterpay.

Do you have a refund policy?

No. We have a strict no-refund policy. Once you purchase a course, you are responsible for completing it. If you purchase a course at a sale price, it is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.

Externships

Are externships included?

Externships are optional, not mandatory. However, we strongly recommend them for hands-on experience.

Do you provide externship sites?

Yes, we provide partnered externship sites. Students must accept the site and schedule provided.

Can I choose my own externship site?

Yes. If the site is outside of our partnered sites, you may secure your own externship location with school approval.

What if my current job doesn’t allow me time off for externship hours?

That is not the school’s responsibility. Externships are a professional commitment, and students must adjust their personal/work schedule accordingly.

Certification & Graduation

Do I get a certificate when I finish?

Yes. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate of completion from our school.

Do I get a national certification?

Yes. Our programs prepare you for national certification exams. Once you pass your exam, you will hold a recognized national certification in your field.

Are national exams included in tuition?

No. You are responsible for paying and scheduling your own exam.

Do you hold a graduation?

Yes. At the completion of your program, we host a formal graduation ceremony to celebrate your achievement.

Attendance & Scheduling

What happens if I miss class?

Attendance is mandatory. Missing excessive hours will put you at risk for dismissal.

Can I switch from online to in-person or vice versa?

No. Once you select your format, it cannot be changed mid-program.

Career Support

Do you guarantee job placement?

No. We do not guarantee employment. We provide externship opportunities, resume guidance, and interview support, but securing a job is your responsibility.
